Our Client: A leading provider of industrial flooring products in the region.
Your Role: A Sales & Marketing Director would be responsible for setting out the company’s short and long-term strategy. Manage the organization’s day-to-day operations including customer relation management, lead the sales team’s hiring, training, coordination, supervision and support to achieve or overachieve the sales target. Develop and manage sales plans and monitor reports on sales activities and growth.
Must Have: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Strong Sales background within the manufacturing/technical industry. 5+ years of experience in Sales Management. Experience in building materials, rubber products or flooring materials. Strong and established network relationship in construction within Saudi market. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient with Sales and MS Office applications. Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Flexible, adaptable and able to multitask.
