Our Client: An international organization in the consumer goods industry is looking for a seasoned professional who can re write the rules, challenge the status quo, and work seamlessly with other functions to create the unique consumer experience.
Your Role: You would be responsible for leading the organization in products Innovations, products renovations, Quality enhancements, Ingredient Value Engineering, Demonstrating the futuristic proactive product proposals to business to build the innovation pipeline, building development team, coaching and building the functional and leadership capability, building and managing the budget. This position requires exercising independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein. Develop & Design basis the consumer Interface, Feedback and understanding the Market: Design and Development: Disruptive Innovation (partner with business teams on developing and launching disruptive innovation, which are first in the market to build competitive advantage to build the futuristic product categories in the market). (Innovation products which are ahead by more 2% gross margin from the Core). Lead the team to create the concept and demonstrate the same in the ‘Road Show’. Creating future pipe line of the products. Building the partnership with Vendors and Business Partners and to develop the products. Recommend next phase of Technology (Jointly). Partnering with the Scale up team and commercialize the product. Lead development of team through Deployment of Training Plans and Coaching- Ensure proper utilization of team’s potential and capability through effective team management
Must Have: Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in R&D, innovation and quality assurance field .Ideally in multinational organizations from within snack industry, value added meats, poultry industry, quick service restaurants, convenience products. Demonstrated track record of initiative, resourcefulness and a passion for supporting Innovation and improving the Quality of current brands. Acquired the required technical / behavioral requirements from working on regional / international exposures dealing within a diversified work environment.
