Your Role:

Responsible developing and leading strategic initiatives, planning, coordination and management of Business strategy (Both Retail & B2B) and increasing brand value and the overall customer experience.

Ensures quality execution in the areas of customer service, marketing, merchandising, budgeting, inventory management, facilities management, accounting, risk management and employee development.

Provide leadership and strategic vision to all aspects of multiple brands with revenue and profitability as the top priority.

Focus on motivating a large multicultural team to fully engage with business and recognizing how they impact on operational and brand performance.

Take accountability to develop monthly forecasts for the brands and develop strategies to meet financial goals, ensuring success and future growth.

Drive and exceed sales goals by developing and executing strategies; determining business-driven opportunities.

Analyze sales reports and business results and take appropriate action to capitalize on strengths and deficiencies of product and market.

Develop and execute corporate strategy and deliver on profitability goals by setting a competitive retail vision for store management.

Develop, execute and measure retail marketing strategy.

Leading and developing store retail managers, preparing them for potential advancement

Ensuring Retail Managers are following and executing on all Marketing policies, plans and promotions.

Understanding trends that may affect the business such as the economy, competition and current events.

Use financial and statistical reporting to improve store performance, budget hours and identify risks of loss.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in handling Retail stores and being responsible for the P&L
    Based out of Middle East
  • Arabic Preferred
