Your Role: You would be responsible for creating a step change in the direction of their business. Impacting both internally and externally you should be able to take tough decisions to drive the EBIT, rationalise current portfolio, Keeping an eye on the short term goals and the long term agenda you would ensure that the organziation has quantity and value within their offerings. There is a considerable intellectual stretch on the role as just developing a strategy without ensuring proper execution will not achieve the business objectives. Your recent exposure should be more on the "strategic level" where you have led a business through change , improved process , capability, improved EBIT and have nurtured a high performing team.Developing and executing category growth strategies locally and across multiple geographies, 360 Brand Communications, Strategic and operational marketing, Innovation & New Product Development. Ability to influence the teams on the category strategy based on market insights and needs is essential. Development of the overall Brand and Marketing strategies to achieve set Brand Health and Market Share targets. Manage overall Marketing Budget and continuously realign marketing investments and improve efficencies, Conduct consumer research and generate market intelligence to inform product and communication development . The role offers a very interesting mix of Brand Building and brand development. The individual will foster strong collaboration amongst teams as well and developing the marketing and NPD teams. Create a positive lasting brand impression both within the business and externally with customers and consumers to improve product sales and market share. Deliver innovative, cost-effective brand and marketing activity and campaigns which cut-through to grow market share and brand reputation.
Must Have: Significant experience in a senior marketing management role in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment. A background in FMCG brand or consumer marketing and of building brand equity and communications including digital. A proven ability to lead, engage and develop a team. A track record of delivering measurable output and results. Demonstrable experience of collaborating with and influencing colleagues and senior stakeholders.
