The role: You would be accountable to manage business complexity and deliver results through multiple stakeholders. There is a high growth agenda for the business in the region, and the incumbent needs to ensure that appropriate support is available to deliver the objectives. Develops the departmental strategy in line with the functional strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies across the board. Defines an optimum organization structure and directs the development of divisional structures so that resources are optimally utilized, and communication can take place in an efficient manner. Directs the workforce planning and budgeting activity and its regular updating in order to understand and prepare for manpower acquisition based on strategic objectives, designs and implements world-class organizational development frameworks, Develops fit-for-purpose talent management frameworks
