|Job Description||Our Client: Our client a leading luxury retail chain is looking for a HR Manager to join their team in Riyadh. |
Your Role: reporting to the Country HR Manager, this position will serve as a critical member of the team responsible to support the HR function for assigned divisions or functions across the Saudi. The main role of this position is to assist the Country HR Manager in the execution of HR strategic plans. A special focus would be on: Talent Acquisition, Learning & development, Labour relations with employees, liaise with local authorities.
Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area. 2+ years of human resource generalist experience working with multinational companies. Strong interpersonal skills to make recommendations & decisions based on solid assumptions, Results-oriented, adaptable with proven drive & follow-through in a fast paced, results driven environment ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Strong organizational, time and project management skills. Saudi nationals will only be considered for this role.
