Our Client: A leading Multinational is looking to bring on board a Regional Commercial Manager to join their in team in United Arab Emirates.
Your Role: Reporting into the General Manager, the aim of this role is growing the business across Middle East North Africa region. The incumbent would be responsible for driving business in different channels, provide sales leadership, Navigate the Business Development team, Coaching the team and deliver leadership level sales skills. The role would carry a P/L management responsibility, along with planning, Forecasting, Managing distributor, Insights, Business Development and team Management. Analyzing & identifying new business opportunities & new market openings for new & existing products. Achieving substantial and significant growth for the company. Responding to customer needs & market trends. Managing the achievement of forecasted objectives as well as P&L. Reviewing monthly performance, analyzing achievement V/S business plan. Providing dynamic leadership for the company. Building and developing a professional and motivated management Team.
Currently leading multinational brands with a track record of turning around challenger brands to leading ones.
Proficiency with numbers and capacity to identify what drives business outcomes.
A Proactive, motivating and self-starting individual would succeed in this role
Hands on, proactive and problem solving mentality will prove to be vital
Excellent coaching skills, a Team player and Outstanding Negotiation skills.
