Our Client:

Our client a leading Food & Beverages brand in Middle East is looking for a Post M&A Integration Manager to shepherd everyone through the rocky and uncharted territory that the two organizations cross before and after they function as one.

Your Role:

The client has some important acquisitions on the cards, hence there is a need for an outstanding project manager who can ensure synergy creation post-merger. You will be responsible for ensuring all the companies that join the group are well integrated. You will need a broad range of experience in project management and consulting and will act as a consultant, facilitator, communicator, project manager, coach and bridge builder. You will mobilise hundreds of people in numerous teams across multiple locations, taking project management to a new level of mastery. You will have skills and knowledge across all business functions hence providing the opportunity to unearth new sources of value and places to transform. You will be held accountable for the creation and delivery of a disciplined integration strategy, process and execution plan. You will accelerate the pace of merger by anticipating problems, rapidly solving them, and, above all, constantly driving the decision-making process. You will partner with different stakeholders and senior management to formulate, articulate and implement the integration plan.

Must Haves:

§ 5+ yrs of Significant transaction and integration experience

§ Should have knowledge across all business functions.

§ Very strong decision making skills

§ Solid written and verbal communications, good critical thinking and problem solving skills

§ The incumbent needs to have a Can Do attitude and enthusiasm to handle duties beyond their scope if required.
