Our Client:

Our client a Global Name in Food & Beverages Industry is looking to hire a Saudi National for their Marketing team in Riyadh, KSA.

Your Role:

The incumbent will plan and lead the execution of marketing activities for strategic Food projects to make the category an ‘icon’ in Saudi & champion the innovation process to deliver the 5 year objectives, you would be the brand owner for the region, manage various stakeholders to deliver annual brand goals i.e. Market share & net sales profitability, Trial & Loyalty for brand, brand awareness, a distinctive & meaningful Brand equity and own the marketing mix.

You would be responsible for 360 degree marketing, product management, sales forecasting, brand strategy & Consumer value creation, define the key success factors for winning based on a thorough understanding of the 4 c’s (Consumer, Competition, Customer & Company capabilities). Drive country specific launch plans for all Food products and campaign activations. Own and manage the overall marketing budget as well as the distribution of funds amongst the various sub segments. Ensure spend is maintained within the budget. Take corrective action as required to ensure all business objectives are met.

You would also plan and oversee the advertising and promotion activities (above the line as well as below the line) including media, print, digital, electronic, and direct mail. Accountable for driving the overall country segment marketing plans and ensure all marketing activities are executed within the prescribed timelines. You would be responsible to handle a team of brand managers and you will be reporting to the CMO. Working closely with various other stakeholders the complete Kingdom would be your canvas to paint on.

Must Haves:

ü You would come armed with 12+ years of experience in Food & Beverages / FMCG / Retail market.

ü You should be currently handling the 360 degree role of marketing being responsible for the full business management cycle.

ü You should be Fluent in BOTH English & Arabic

ü The role is open only for SAUDI NATIONALS

ü Your leadership ability and relevant industry knowledge is critical along with a track record of reaching aspirational targets
