Our Client: We are currently partnering with an outstanding local group which is seeking an experienced Recruitment Director.
Your Role: You would work on increasing the Saudization quota and put a plan in place for growing and enabling Saudi talent. A strong consultative approach and business partnering skills are key enablers to success. The position requires a player/ coach personality who can drive the change, communicate a compelling and inspiring vision that motivates your team to rally behind you, take a long term view of what the organization needs and act as a catalyst for change. If you realise the position is a lot about bringing about change and creating a world class system. Use advanced candidate sourcing techniques (e.g. search engines, social networks, job boards, user groups, competitive intelligence, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to fill PA requests. Focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency to ensure a maximum number of new candidates, leads, internal referrals and external referrals on a daily basis.
Must Have: You should have a demonstrated track record in leading organization's strategies and creates breakthrough strategies that positively impact the talent acquisition cycle ,be attentive to environmental changes to ensure strategies remain relevant. You will possess a sophisticated range of communication skills, excellent stakeholder management skills, and will be particularly adept at designing and implementing commercial HR solutions. Saudi Nationals will only be considered for this role. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred, in Business, HRM, OD or Psychology.
