Our Client: A leading provider of industrial flooring products in the region.
Your Role: The ideal candidate would be responsible for establishing regional presence of the company and manage all the customer sales and relations in the region. You will be responsible for delivering on all financial targets in a sustainable manner by maximizing all sales opportunities, create and implement annual business plan and strategic plan for the sales representative, manage annual trading terms negotiations, develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels across the industrial and commercial teams - would be the essential responsibilities to reach and over achieve KPIs.
Must Have: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Strong Sales background within manufacturing/technical industry. 5+ years of experience in Sales Management. Experience in building materials, rubber products or flooring materials. Strong and established network relationship in construction within Saudi market. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient with Sales and MS Office applications. Possess excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Flexible, adaptable and ability to multitask.
