Job Description

Our client: A strong and stable multinational manufacturer and distributor of fertilizers and agrochemicals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the All Sales for Agrochemicals & fertilizers in KSA & UAE
  • Set up and grow a sales team for UAE and KSA
  • Develop, formulate and implement a Sales Strategy
  • Set up & manage sales and distribution network across the region
  • Deliver Sales revenue targets
  • Develop effective market wise sales strategies to meet desired objectives
  • Effectively launch new products and implement market development activities with Trade Marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a secured collection system
  • Follow up the goods logistics with WH and oversee its timely distribution
  • Study market changes and development of competitors’ prices and goods, and their direct & indirect effect, supported by relevant reports
  • Create product awareness and brand visibility, positioning the right model mix to the Counters, to focus on the network expansion and in order to increase market share, achieve 100% business plan and Management objectives
  • Maintain strong relationship across functions to ensure good support systems and timely actions to sales


Must Haves:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in agrochemicals or fertilizer sales across KSA or UAE
  • Experience in launching of new products
  • Ambitious and passionate candidates with strong customer orientation and comfortable with Agriculture retailing
  • Should have a strong commercial orientation with a drive and focus towards enhancing profitability
  • Degree in Agro science preferred
