Our Client: Leading conglomerate in Middle East looking for Senior HR Business Partner
The reason for these qualities is simple...the business need is such that a safe pair of hands would not be ideal for the business, an HR professional who has worked at the helm of a large business, matrix environment and most importantly has driven change in previous employment and is competent to advice the senior management on strategic initiatives needed to keep the organization agile, is mature enough to bring upto speed certain areas which have been static .
Must Have: Open to all nationalities. Deep and relevant HR experience is essential in a FMCG/Banking/Hospitality. The successful candidate would ideally have previously had Business Partnering experience. Comfortable in the selection of appropriate training providers and programs organization and coordination. Detail oriented, accurate conscientious and reliable. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Tact and discretion in dealing with confidential matters. Budgeting and reporting skills.
