|Job Description||Our Client: A large regional well estalished player in the fmcg industry is looking for a strong HRBP to be a part of their growing team.|
You Role: You would be partnering with the sales function which is core for the business.The role will drive excellence in talent, change, employee relations, performance and engagement through partnering with the leadership and senior management teams.
This is a true Business Partnering role that would suit someone who enjoys a hands on role and who has the ability to successfully drive change with exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills. This role is an ideal opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced environment which will give you ownership and exposure.
Atleast 10- 12 years of well rounded experience
Must have relevant HR management experience preferably in a related industries having exposure to manufacturing facilities
You will be proactive; solutions focused, agile and have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
