|Job Description||Our Client: A leading FMCG Distribution company based in Jordan are looking to hire a National Sales Manager in Amman.|
Your Role: The incumbent would be responsible to ensure the Sales planning and sales activities of the company's brands are consistent and ensure achievement of strategic objective of the organization. Would be instrumental in developing, mentoring, managing the sales managers and ensure they follow the companies policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales or any equivalent principle.
Must have at least 10 years of sales experience across the country in FMCG sales.
A Minimum of 7 years of Managerial experience.
Must demonstrate strength in strategy development and delivery.
Must have trade marketing exposure.
