Your Role: The role as Business Development Manager will see the successful candidate look to grow exporting channels and develop both existing and prospected relationships across a number of vertical markets. The incumbent needs to establish and manage exports of a variety of food products to meet approved volume, sales and profitability of the business along with the growth plans in line with the Company strategy of business expansion. Go ahead and get started. Work experience in any of the markets i.e. Europe, Far East, MENA, CIS, Africa is mandatory. The candidate should have customer data base. Must have ability to penetrate new market and travel to meet customers’ requirements. Will be responsible for acquiring new channel partners in Far East Market.
Must Have: Graduate + MBA preferably. While nationality is open in this role, you will be required to be an experienced global player who is well versed in the nuances of multi-market relationships and delivery is key to the success of this role! At least 10+ years of sales / category management / trade marketing. Strong commercial acumen as this is not just another sales job it requires high levels of strategic initiative and accountability. You will have a strong mix of distributor management + trade marketing and multiple country experience.
