Your Role: You will be responsible for the sales performance, across all channels, for the countries assigned in Central and West Africa. You would be working closely with the distributors, enhancing distributor capability, take proactive action in consolidating distributors or doing the due diligence for new partnerships, Initiate and drive. New Business development through constantly seeking new opportunities to increase and extend the scope of business operations in line with companies Brand, Category and Customer strategies. Channel Strategy and Territory Management to achieve the business plan. Develop volume sales for the specified products. Maximize sales and distribution across chosen markets/channels for the products, Streamlining and strengthening the distribution network. Develop effective systems / mechanism to monitor market and performance of sales. Analyzing, developing and executing distinctive programs to yield measurable results across the modern trade sector.
Must Have: The incumbent must carry 7+ years of holistic sales experience in the consumer goods industry. Central and West Africa market experience is a must have with specific exposure to Ivory Coast market. You will be a FMCG specialist in the areas of brand management, trade marketing and category management, mixed with a very high level of commercial business sense. French speaking candidates will only be considered for this role.
