Our Client- One of our leading multinational client is looking out for a Brand Manager.
Your Role- The incumbent will be accountable for embedding within his/her market, world class Brand Management that drives net revenue per value share. Will support in driving the Brand equity building at the point of purchase in the market. Consumer engagement especially in the retail trade. Supporting the distributor teams with planning and execution at the POP. Developing activation at the point of purchase. The person will be working closely with the consumer marketing team. What will make the candidate stand out is the ability to manage distributors at any given time, as will be the comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the sales team.
Must Have- The incumbent with MBA with a Sales or Marketing specialization is preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years sales/marketing experience in with a good MNC company. You need to be able to show a string of successes in your recent job roles; Based in Kuwait you will support the delivery of Brand performance targets in the MEA driving value creation for the company.
