Job Description Our Client - Leading Security solutions multinational with tremendous growth and expansion plans in Africa.

Your Role: Do you have an eye for the spot on talent? If yes you fit into the role well. You’ll be responsible for identifying and recruiting talent within the industry and it’s not about replacing like for like. We want someone who has ideas on how our client can recruit the best talent from a range of backgrounds, skill sets and experiences. The industry is challenging and wide and so are the markets they are expanding, so if challenges gets you going we welcome you.

We are looking for someone who thinks out of the box when it comes to attracting talent. stakeholder management across such a wide geography in different time zones becomes the key. Aligning hiring managers and setting the expectations right when it come to talent in the market. A terrific people's person who sees beyond the cv and changes the goal post with the changing realities of the talent in the market. The role will demand a lot of time as it's massive region to manage. Understanding of different culture and geographies in Africa will be an added advantage.

Must Haves: This is going to be a challenging role so we are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of working within a challenging recruitment environment, and who really understands recruitment challenges across different levels. You’ll be fully aware of modern sourcing techniques, talent mapping and creating a robust pipeline for different roles across the region. Proactive approach towards hiring is MUST. Looking for someone with a mix of agency and corporate recruitment background with 10 + years of experience. Age - Not over 35 years. ONLY SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONALS. Must have experience in expat hiring. If you can speak FRENCH that would be a big PLUS.
