The incumbent would be responsible to manage the HR Operations function strategies and development in terms of preparing Monthly reporting dashboard, Rolling out HR Information systems, payroll, administration, personnel, manage relations with employees & Outsourced suppliers and government relations to meet the company’s objectives. Key accountabilities will include employee engagement and strategy development and overall HR operations. You would need to review & develop the HR Operational strategies, HR Policies & Procedures to ensure efficient operational practices and enhances control standards within the department. Guide and lead the HR Operations team to ensure efficiency of work flow and meet company’s requirements.
The position is based out of Jeddah in KSA.
