Our Client:

Our client a renowned name from Food & Beverages Industry in KSA is looking to hire a Head of HR operations to join their team in Jeddah.

Your Role:

The incumbent would be responsible to manage the HR Operations function strategies and development in terms of preparing Monthly reporting dashboard, Rolling out HR Information systems, payroll, administration, personnel, manage relations with employees & Outsourced suppliers and government relations to meet the company’s objectives. Key accountabilities will include employee engagement and strategy development and overall HR operations. You would need to review & develop the HR Operational strategies, HR Policies & Procedures to ensure efficient operational practices and enhances control standards within the department. Guide and lead the HR Operations team to ensure efficiency of work flow and meet company’s requirements.

The position is based out of Jeddah in KSA.

Must Haves:

• Position is only open for KSA nationals
• You should have minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Food & Beverages / FMCG market.
• You should be currently responsible for leading HR operations team and possess excellent leadership skills.
• You should be Fluent in BOTH English & Arabic
• You should be hands on in running daily operations – payroll, government relations, administration, preparing reporting dashboards and rolling out HR info systems.
• Your leadership ability and relevant industry knowledge is critical along with a track record of reaching aspirational targets
