Our Client: A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be part of a growing company in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. They are looking for a Head of HR. This is an integral role, working closely with the relevant business lines as well as various senior stakeholders relating to projects.
Your Role: Effectively delivering people policies and processes (i.e. recruitment, performance management, talent management, absence management) in line with best practice. Taking responsibility for developing HR processes for the business and ensuring all company policies are up to date and in line with current employment law. Providing advice, guidance, coaching, and hands-on support for managers and employees across a wide range of complex/challenging people matters. Working with the senior management team to ensure optimal resourcing levels are maintained, challenging the status quo, and participating in/leading recruitment initiatives as appropriate. Monthly reporting to ensure headcount is in line with the plan. Supporting managers with people-related change activities. Actively driving employee engagement and improving employee communication. Line managing a small team. Reporting on all KPI's and people metrics including production and presentation of the board pack
Must-Have: Saudi National with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Experience of successfully influencing leaders. Experience in working for the healthcare sector.
