Your role: In one sentence your role would create a new business vertical which will not only support the current business needs but deliver innovative solutions which will be used for client acquisition, look at acquiring business to speed up growth and establish the healthcare unit as a leader for innovation. Be a Champion of change that leads to a distinctive competitive advantage. You would establish the "Digital Hub" for the healthcare segment. Partnering the CEO you align the business objectives, define how technology can enable them, translate these ideas into a multi-year digital transformation strategy and project road-map that reflects business priorities you should have developed and deployed the digital strategy road-map in your previous roles. Leading the digital agenda you would look at delivering digital products (building AI capabilities within the organization, digital trends, use of technologies such as block chain, VR, AR etc.) that positively affect the customer experience. Ideate, Design, develop, deploy that would sum up your role in this very interesting role that covers the MENA region and different consumer needs. Ability to challenge the status quo and help organizations rethink their needs. A holistic understanding of business with an excellent head for commercials. Should have built teams who have delivered insightful solutions based on customer needs, displayed intellectual and emotional agility to understand the client’s needs. Track record of working on transforming traditional business processes, product innovation, driving growth and revenue by creating new value through the use of technology, services and processes. Ability to bridge the gap between technology and business fluency is an absolute must, as is the ability to influence change with cross-functional leadership.
