Our Client: A well-established FMCG organisation is looking for a Demand Planner to join its innovative supply chain team at an exciting juncture in their growth and development.
Your Role: The role will develop inventory replenishment plans that will enable the company to meet its sales and service objectives. Collaboration is paramount with all functions to ensure that they meet the main business objectives. Provide finished goods forecast by analyzing demand patterns, identifying trends. Lead S&OP meetings, generating reports and providing demand projections. Critically analyse historical and future demand. Manage phase in and out of a product such that product supply is uninterrupted with minimal obsolete stock also ensuring the freshness of stock and be the overall custodian of the warehouse and storage capacity.
Must Have: Solid experience in the Demand Planning. Should have the skills to build and develop effective internal and external partnerships and influence key stakeholders. Pro-active, problem solver and will come from a similar FMCG environment with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. Should be efficient at time management. KSA market experience would be highly advantage. Excellent background in ERP system, MS Excel and other MS Office software skills is a must. Excellent communication in English and Arabic is highly preferred. Transferable Iqama is a must for expats.
