Our Client: A regional player in the advertising world is looking for a dynamic professional for their operations in the UAE.
Your Role: Managing a team and a substantial client base You would increase the client base, providing communication and BTL services to a wide variety of international and regional clients. Managing all aspects of the business, the P&L would be under your remit. Identify and drive new business opportunities, ensure account directors are delivering to their KPIs, manage a multidisciplinary team. Responsible for setting up the business objectives based on industry trends and market insights. Play a key role in Client business knowledge, incremental sales generation, project scope and understanding, commercial process control
Must-Have: At least 10+ years in the advertising industry focusing specifically on managing and deep understanding of the Below the line sphere. The incumbent needs to be a hands-on leader with a track record of intellectual and strategic agility. Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability, able to challenge and influence.
