Our Client: A growing global protection solutions business is looking to increase the presence of its industrial business in the Indian market and they are looking to hire a Country Sales Head
Your Role: You would be leading and managing the strategic sales plan and executing the business and expansion projects in India and Subcontinent in order to accelerate revenue and increase share of market. Maintain a continuous interface with important distributors and customers and be responsible for relations with external bodies. Initiate country distributor marketing activities and budget follow up. Provides analysis and recommendations as needed. Provide leadership for the field sales team including coaching, training and capability development to continually enhance the consultative selling and customer management skills of our people.
Must Have: An MBA with 10+ years of Sales and Marketing experience at Pan India level, mainly in B2B environments. Business to Business Sales management experience from the Industrial Consumable industry. Should have prior knowledge of managing distributors/wholesalers. Proven strategic planning experience in developing & securing approval for new initiatives
