Our Client: A leading FMCG Company.

Your Role
: Looking for a holistic sales professional with strong experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, CRM. Should be able to powerfully manage negotiations, customer relationships and deal with distributors. Manage the Sales Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, P&L responsibility and aim to improve internal and external inefficiencies by leading the team. Responsible for managing the country operations and collaborate with different functions to strategize the plans to achieve corporate objectives.

Must Have: 13+ years of relevant experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods industry. Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiator and communicator. Strong leadership skills, motivational and managerial skills. Strong entrepreneurial skills showcased.
