Your Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE. You will be strategizing the sales plan, developing & managing the exclusive clientele, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Will be managing the existing business with Banks, Financial institutions, Government Entities and SME’s and ensure the achievement of the revenue goals. Autonomously run new business activities and develop good relationship with the clients.
Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years of experience in Sales. Exposure working in the Financial Services/ Banking Sectors is a must. Able to engage with clients, excellent sales & possesses good negotiation skills. Must have a good business sense, enthusiastic and self-driven. Ability to work calmly under pressure and has good planning and organization skills. Must be holding a UAE Driving license.
