Our Client: Our client is a leading food manufacturer in the region.
Your Role: This role will see you manage existing customers but very much develop new business in the Food Service Channel. You will be tasked with managing the operations as separate business with full P+L responsibility. The role will be fast paced and demanding, yet as this a new role there will be opportunities to achieve distribution synergies and really drive some cost out of the business. You will lead the overall sales strategy of the BU - assigned areas and routes. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, business development, leading negotiations, identifying the channels’ needs and propose action plan for steady growth and profitability would be under your purview.
Must Have: 10+ years of relevant experience in foodservice/HORECA. Experience of account management - key caterers, hotels and restaurant chains, and QSRs in KSA. Numerical – strong user of excel with good analysis skills. Strong commercial acumen – strategic in thought process
