Our Client: A very renowned group operating with exceptional track record and insight supported by dynamic and ambitious people.

Your role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to decide regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. You would function as the head of the department, your responsibilities would be expanded and elevated to contribute significantly to the growth strategy, ability to play a pivotal role in structuring complicated transactions, liaising with governments, stakeholder management. Working in close connection with the multiple stakeholders you need to able to operate at two levels...high strategic levels and a business partner to the board and ability to roll up your sleeves and look after the execution of business strategies, managing a highly diverse team of finance professionals. The need of the hour is an individual who has an entrepreneurial mindset, has strategic content with very high strategic agility. Create a long-term strategy, operating plan, annual budget, etc. for the company. An unwavering commitment to quality programs and excellence in strategic, organizational, fiscal and budget management; experience in catalyzing change and stewarding effective change management highly desired. You need to have experience in organizations which have focussed on creating framework for food security. Previous experience in M&A, setting up strategic alliances and exposure to supply chain would be highly preferred.

Must-Have : 15+ Years of experience, especially 7+ years in a leadership role. The business landscape headquartered out of UAE, the finance department supporting this vast business enterprise is substantial, there is a plan in place and it is in the implementation phase. Previous experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Agriculture, Food & Beverages vertical is crucial.
