Your Role: You will be responsible to develop and implement internal communication programs which promote a positive image of the organization, ensuring effective message content and means of communication to enhance employee awareness. You will analyze organizational communication priorities, develops the annual communication plan for approval to ensure the optimal impact of the communicated messages. You will measure and reports communication metrics via surveys and communication analytics dashboards to monitor and keep consistent track of the communication effectiveness.
Must Have: Graduate with proven experience in internal communications. Minimum 7 years of experience in internal communication in large organizations. Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills. Awareness of organizational behavior and employee engagement practices and Psychology is a plus. Arabic Speaking candidates only.
