The role would support the corporate and subsidiaries in the Kingdom in enhancing overall business performance through a focus on key organizational elements such as a cultural transformation, employee engagement, team effectiveness, organization design and change management. Activities will include the design & implementation of major, sector-wide organizational effectiveness interventions and will require data analytics, facilitation and meeting design.
Establish measures in the areas of talent/organizational effectiveness, culture and business impact; create and maintain scorecards/dashboards that track talent outcomes and support decision making that drives strategic change. Develop and execute detailed plans for implementing assessment processes to diagnose organizational effectiveness opportunities. Leverage technologies, tools and databases to identify measures and gather data from systems inside and outside of the HR function, incorporating them into a talent and organization measurement framework to show effectiveness, impact and ROI of the various cultural interventions.
