Our Client:

Our client an established supplier of medications along with a huge pharmacy chain is growing and is looking for a driven individual to lead the sales team of therapeutic division.

Your Role:

We are seeking a results-driven individual with strong commercial acumen. You will need to have solid sales experience ideally in therapeutic division and you will have an understanding of how to deliver a customer proposition through working with key stakeholders. Being the Business Unit Head you will be responsible for P&L. Inspiration to your colleagues and your team, you are a motivated individual who can instill trust and confidence in customer relationships whilst having a natural aptitude for getting the best out of people. You will inspire others through your commitment, motivation, expertise, professional manner and always placing the customer at the center of everything you do. Responsible for the delivery of total pharmaceutical sales through the development and drive of a complete sales and marketing strategy. To support sales through proactive and dynamic account management and implementation of initiatives. To provide coaching, mentoring and leadership for the day-to-day operation of the sales, while maintaining focus on our strategic goals. Developing a sales culture which demonstrates flair and passion within the organisation.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales and last 2 years in leading a sales team of therapeutic division - MUST
  • Being responsible for the P&L
  • Based out of Middle East
  • English is must & Arabic is highly Preferred
