Your Role: Reporting into the Sales manager of Ghana the incumbent of this role would be responsible to assist and steer the modern trade sales function of the distributor in order to achieve organization's modern trade objectives. He/she would also supervise, monitor, execute and enhance the process to make the most out of the opportunity to increase the sales.
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales with a wide ranged FMCG organization.
Strong operational knowledge of Key Accounts.
High business accumen, self starter, self motivated and a great negotiator.
