The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing and delivering a strategy that supports the growth of the organization and helps the company to attract, select and effectively onboard great talent. The position requires a leader/ coach personality who can build the Talent Acquisition strategy, drive the change, lead the recruitment team, communicate a compelling and inspiring vision that motivates your team to rally behind you, take a long term view of what the organization needs and act as a catalyst for change. You would work on increasing the Saudization quota and put a plan in place for growing and enabling Saudi talent
Working across the whole organisation and in partnership with Leadership you will understand and translate the company objectives into high-quality resourcing plans that are scalable and add real value. You will be operating at a strategic level whilst also being prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into the detail. You will be an inspiring leader who has the vision, drive and communication skills to take your team and the business through significant change. Creative and innovative in how you think about the talent landscape you will also have a keen commercial eye that delivers practical resourcing solutions that drive business performance.
