Job Description

Our Client: A regional leader in the consumer goods space is looking for a young professional to join their HR team.

Your role: Working closely with the HR leads you would lead on data gathering, reporting, scalability of the data and gathering insights. Adept at telling stories using data your skillset would cover reporting/ analytics, project management, and process re-engineering. Support HR leadership by providing actionable insights and recommendations. Partner with HRIS and IT functions to improve the quality of the people-related data.

Must have: You should have a good understanding of drivers that can enable value creation within HR, should have exposure to deploying AI as well and creating meaningful dashboards.
