Our Client: A leading manufacturer of custom made furniture in the region.
Your Role: The role would be responsible for carrying out the purchasing activities and procedures to ensure providing the selected supplies with required specifications. Coordinate with the Quality and Production for ensuring that the purchased items and materials are in compliance with the requested specifications. Process purchase requisitions and placing various purchase orders with suppliers as per the agreed terms. Track and keep record of purchase order in an organized manner and on a continuous basis. Maintain close relationship with all departments at all times for the timely supply of needed materials.
Must Haves: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar function with a Bachelor’s degree in related field. Experience in Furniture industry is a big plus. Attention to detail with excellent communication and verbal skills. Excellent MS Office and ERP system would be highly advantage.
