Your Role: They are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial individual with at least 4+ years sales experience to develop and implement sales and marketing strategy in line with company objectives. They are looking for someone who would be hands on in their approach and who would bring fresh ideas. Setting direction and managing through the distributors. Managing BTL Spends and settlement of claims, Managing Pricing & getting better margins and look at the reevaluation of existing business partners, driving market share and ensuring the correct systems and processes are put in place to drive sustainable growth.
Must Haves: 4+ years of experience in Sales Management with Reputed FMCG Principal or Distributor Organization. Should be an expert in managing the Modern Trade channel and currently handling the top retail customers and managing distribution team. Key attributes; self-driven and self-starter, high level integrity and drive for results.
