Our client: A leading local FMCG Company
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for preparing business plans and handling the business reviews, periodic reviews. Manage your team by training them on route planning, collections procedure, customer management product handling etc which would help to achieve the objectives. The Manager will also be responsible for leading the modern trade channel agenda while developing the internal and distributor sales teams ensuring optimum level of delivery. With market knowledge and deep insights, strategize on plans to gain market share. Will manage negotiations regarding the price and product listing, promotion expenses etc.
Must Haves: 4+ years of experience with relevant Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration/Sales. Experience in Key Account Management, Route Planning is must. Should have strong analytical skills, a negotiator, team player. Candidates with GCC experience are preferable. Strong communication and presentation skills required.
