Job Description

Our Client: A leading multinational in consumer space is looking to bring on board a Representative for customer service to join their in team in Dubai. The incumbent would be an experienced logistics professional with strong Customer Service experience.

Your Role: You will be the Owner of the Order to Cash flow and the Service Level of the Distributor Market across MEA. You will be the face of the brand for the client's esteemed customers, understanding the customer and market vise outbound requirements, process export order in SAP, achieve execution excellence in managing export sales orders from end to end whilst ensuring legal & trade compliance and achieve key performance metrics. Drive S&OP weekly meetings with the product and sales teams. You will manage the documentation for customs and providing shipping Instructions to carriers. You must have had some exposure to Trade Marketing or marketing function.

Must Have: Must have at least 3+ years’ experience in Supply chain (Customer Service) Space. Must be a bachelors in Supply chain or Equivalent. Good Communication skills - Written and spoken English & Arabic is a must. Knowledge of SAP
