Your Role: Incumbent will be based in Jeddah and will be responsible to develop and lead the sales consultants team to achieve sales and collection targets, deliver sales fundamentals and maintain business profitability. Deliver Sales Volume through planning and forecasting sales volume by region, customer and Item level. Ensure collection and credit facilities are in line with working capital key Indicators; Average Collection Days (ACD) and Average Outstanding Days (AOD). Manage, Coach and guide the sales consultants team to build long term.
Must Haves: FEMALES Only. Minimum of 10+year’s exp. in managing sales in Salon products, last 5 years in national sales roles. KSA market experience is mandatory. Looking for a results driven sales professional from the perfumes/ cosmetics arena. Have a progressive track record of revenue and profit growth, developing and implementing successful strategies, building process efficiency while maintaining the competitive edge in a challenging and competitive market space and changing realities.
