A local concrete contractor is in search of an Estimator to be based in Raleigh, NC. This company has enjoyed decades of success in the Carolinas. They partner with some very reputable GC for large vertical concrete work in commercial and industrial markets. Relocation assistance is available.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience estimating in concrete construction
• Experience with projects of at least $3 million in concrete
• Knowledge of both hard bid and negotiated delivery methods
• Ability to form strong relationships with contractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred
