Well Rounded FICO with at least 2 FLC implementations for enhancement and support of well established systems, including plans for upgrades and HANA migration.Responsible for new projects and sustaining activities across all business units. A significant focus is on ensuring the integrity of the global template and identifying, scoping and delivering on continuous improvement opportunities. This role works with the business to identify solutions, create business cases, develop functional requirements, and perform application configuration or works with the development team to deliver new and enhanced business capabilities.
Experience implementing SAP General Ledger, Credit and Collection, Fixed Asset, Vertex/Tax, Biller Direct, Profitability Analysis and Product Costing
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Engages stakeholders and technology users in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Creates plans according to schedules and assignments, and acts independently to carry them out.
Takes moderate to complex business requirements and models them. Learns and applies expertise on details concerning technical requirements.
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
Ensures applications processes are followed consistently and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Experience in conducting testing including design and execution of test cases.
Performs work related to configuring, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading
SAP applications and processes. Responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of systems, methodologies, standards and processes that result in the ability to create and manage the solution.Works with programming resources
Conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings concerning specific projects or other activities.
Ability to lead/facilitate cross-functional teams and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.
Certification in SAP Competencies including configurations skills in multiple SAP modules.
Extensive experience in SAP and/or business area - with 6 project lifecycles.
Strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Solid documentation skills, including experience writing statements of work and business cases.
Possess experience with strategic planning and ability to work with/present to Senior/Executive Management.
Strong project management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
Possession of broad understanding of company business issues and their integration with broad and complex information systems applications. 10. Self-motivated, self-supervised and solution driven.
Track history of strong leadership with experience leading a large strategic team.
Demonstrated excellence in designing and implementing at least two SAP implementation cycles.
