User Experience and Design Manager
Our client is seeking a User Experience and Design Manager to improve and lead the end-to-end customer experience across the companies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end omni-channel from a user experience perspective;
- Conduct UI/UX analysis, internal & external customer interviews, path analysis research and provide solutions on applications, such as log in, search, knowledge, project portal/eTools, configurators, add to cart, cart, checkout, & post purchase experience (email, SMS, my account, tracking). Ensure all interactions are intuitive and easy across all device types;
- Design the standard for look, feel & functionality to be implemented across digital platforms and all businesses, from the overall design to UI elements (ex. Layout menus and drop-down options, to colors and fonts, etc.);
- Build out/visualize/conceptualize solution designs and serve as the internal expert for rapid prototyping-enabling the business to all get on the same page with new initiatives and empowering critical stakeholders to move fast on approvals/decisions.
- Work with Business Intelligence team to analyze customer performance to make better informed design decisions;
- Drive new brand development strategies, growth strategies, and competitive positioning across companies;
- Ensure alignment to brand (including definition of digital style guide) and accuracy of work before final production;
- Build solution designs/storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to management;
- Assist with other design efforts when needed (ex. Email design, digital assets, marketing presentations, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelors
- 2 years UI experience 2 years UX experience
