Marketing Campaign Specialist


Reporting to the SVP Marketing, the Marketing Campaign Specialist primary responsibility is to devise and develop an outreach communications strategy, using email, social media, PPC and SEO channels among others for the assigned target market.
Candidate can work in this role anywhere in the US, but preferable in Memphis or NYC


  • Development and tactical execution of outreach initiatives to drive awareness, leads, engagement, and customer retention and expansion in the assigned verticals
  • Conduct research as needed to determine content relevant to the target audience. Understand the target personas, and appropriate topics
  • Work with our content writer to develop a content calendar and outreach plan
  • Support sales requests on communications using
  • Partner with customer success teams to support customer communication needs
  • Write and design emails and social media ads and create ad hoc graphics as needed
  • Develop email campaigns to better align with the customer buyer’s journey
  • Build landing pages to support ad and email initiatives
  • Collaborate and coordinate with subject matter experts and with Mimeo content writer on the creation of a variety of content
  • Collaborate in the planning and creation of content related to customer events and industry trade shows
  • Accountable for proofing, editing, copyrighting, quality assurance and optimization of offline and online content, marketing campaigns and brand messaging in accordance with corporate standards
  • Continually audit and update web and collateral content as product or company information changes
  • Assist team with digital asset maintenance and management


Education: B.A. or B.S. in Communications/Journalism/Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Experience: Minimum five years of experience in B2B or B2C content marketing
  • Technical skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Copywriting, social media, digital asset management
  • (DAM) experience desired
  • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and projects and meet related deadlines
  • Strong conceptual thinker with an editorial mindset that seeks to understand what content audiences want/consume and how to create it
  • Assist with capturing and integrating the voice of the customer into marketing communications
This will be a contract opportunity from March to July.
