Shine People Solutions, an Aboriginal-owned business, is currently recruiting on behalf of a company that specialises in providing office supplies, furniture, technology and workplace solutions to businesses and organisations across Australia.  
  
This organisation is currently seeking interest from candidates who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, to fill a full-time Logistics Operations Analyst role in Mascot, NSW.   

Essential to this position is a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in Category Management roles, possessing commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, experience in transformational environments, strong negotiation skills, and B2B experience, is essential for this position.

In this role you will be responsible for:  
  • Driving sales & margin growth through effective category management practices to enhance customer experience and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategic direction for the Category to drive growth and penetration.
  • Continuously analyse data and insights to determine market trends and threats and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Driving alignment and transparency with the Sales, Marketing, Procurement & Inventory teams.
  • Developing and managing ongoing vendor partnerships, ensuring the best possible commercial arrangements on all products and solutions.
  • Coaching and leading Category Specialist to develop their technical and analytical capability.
