A local to NC General Contractor is in search of a Business Development Manager to be based in the Raleigh/Durham area and cover the Triangle. This company has experienced tremendous growth and focus their efforts on a variety of commercial work such as office, healthcare, retail, schools, etc. They are looking to continue to grow their market share and are excited to add a Business Development Manager to their team.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 8+ years of experience in business development
• Experience in commercial construction
• Knowledge of the Raleigh/Durham market
• Ability to form strong relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
• Availability to travel
