The Sales Development Representative will:

Be on the frontlines with outbound lead outreach, research sales leads and build sales pipeline.

  • Research leads to identify key players to stimulate opportunity with access to best in class tools to support such as salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, & ConnectLeader.
  • Accurately enter leads and update salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Outbound lead outreach utilizing call automation tools (ConnectLeader) and other methods.
  • A/B test outbound strategies and cadences.
  • Work alongside executive team, marketing and account executives to provide closed-loop feedback and continuous improvement process.
  • Update social media (ie: LinkedIn) with company and market insights designed to reach our target market. Follow up with those who engage.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • A self-starter, results driven - can work autonomously
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
  • Accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system required
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  • Sales experience - a plus
  • 4-year College degree or equivalent experience - a plus
