A large national commercial builder is in search of an Assistant Project Manager to be located in the RDU area. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds sizable projects in healthcare, higher ed, k-12, government and general commercial markets. They are known for their commitment to the client and an impeccable reputation as a design build firm in the US. Relocating candidates will be considered.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial or healthcare construction
• Experience assisting teams and projects of at least $10 million
• Passion for construction and desire to advance
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
• Availability to travel
