| Job Description | Our client is a 5* Resort in Bali with 400+ rooms and a large F&B operation, including a large convention centre. Resort is still in pre-opening phase. Please note that this position is available for Expats only. Profile • GM, 5* and large operation experience • Pre-opening experience a must • Working experience in Indonesia is a big plus, Asia experience a must • Luxury foundation in internationally branded properties • Fluent in English both written and spoken • Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player • Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury resort environment • Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts • Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality • The position requires someone who thinks “like an entrepreneur” • Passion for service excellence • Creative thinker, independent, organized • Proven business / financial results • Quality orientated • Excellent people skills and strong motivator • Innovative and passionate about training • Able to set example of positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and work as a team • Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence • Proactive and result driven • Dynamic, energetic, hands-on, motivated • Good in owner relations • Thorough knowledge of hotel's operating policies & standards • Attention to details and guest satisfaction enhancements • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands • Influence, team oriented leadership Apply Your application should include a detailed CV briefly outlining your past work experience and achievements.
