Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for managing and leading the recruitment process for our company that is primed to experience explosive growth over the coming years. You will be expected to plan and prioritize tasks based upon workload, including the analysis of our hiring demands, onboarding readiness, and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full lifecycle talent acquisition process from position requisition to sourcing/screening to hire
  • This also includes managing pre-employment processes such as background checks, reference checks, and drug screens
  • Responsible for the Onboarding process of new employees, including completing the documents verification and preparation of new hire information package
  • Review, develop and manage processes associated with year-round recruitment efforts
  • Identify and implement methods to attract and recruit new talent for hard to fill roles within the company
  • Design a high velocity, scalable staffing strategy with equity, inclusion, and diversity at its core, which includes creating, implementing, and leading a talent segmentation strategy focused on historically marginalized subgroups
  • Act as a consultant and true partner to internal clients/hiring managers coaching on staffing needs and recruitment best practices
  • Help refine Company’s employer branding and value proposition
  • Translate and align Company’s strategic workforce plan into sourcing and hiring strategies to support future business growth
  • Build and share staffing metrics, dashboards, and reports to enable leaders to make informed decisions, meet EID representation goals, increase productivity, and create efficiencies to support business goals
  • Most importantly, this role is the face of the company in managing the candidate experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience designing, building, and leading a full lifecycle talent acquisition function in a manufacturing environment for both exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Experience in high growth start-ups preferred
  • Experience hiring, leading, and inspiring a recruiting team, including consulting with the business on needs, sourcing active and passive candidates, selection and offer negotiation
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience with selection (DDI Targeted Selection), implementation, and evaluation of recruiting tools (On-Demand Interviews) and applicant tracking systems
  • Extensive experience with sourcing tools such as resumes databases, social media platforms, job boards to engage candidates and develop a talent pool
  • Comfortable "rolling up sleeves to get things done" in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels (internal clients, external partners and candidates)
  • Strong time management skills, negotiation skills and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Knowledgeable of and committed to helping the company achieve our EID representation goals
